| Gary Rhodes is known to most people through his numerous appearances as one of the UK's leading TV chefs. Originally, he trained at Thanet Technical College in Broadstairs, Kent and his first job was as commis chef at the Amsterdam Hilton. By the age of 26 he became Head Chef at the Castle Hotel in Somerset, where he retained the Michelin Star. He has opened several restaurants, his latest venture being Rhodes Twenty Four which he launched at the end of October in conjunction with Restaurant Associates. |
