Our menus and service styles are designed by highly trained chef and restaurant lecturers to meet the different learning needs and career goals of our students whilst operating a fine dining restaurant.
The menu changes daily and is designed to offer flexibility to the customer, complimented by our extensive selection of fine wines.
We offer a selection of speciality teas and coffees to compliment the meal experience.
During the second semester the second year students plan and organise the whole of your dining experience with a series of themed dinners, some accompanied by entertainment.
Further information on these theme nights will be displayed nearer the time. The events help the students to prepare for managerial roles in hotel and restaurants so you can expect a totally professional approach.
Opening Times
Pillars is open for lunch from Monday to Friday during term time, from 12:00 till last orders at 13:00.
